Attunements: Due to the nature of attunements and because the person is able to immediately download the manual of the attunement after the purchase, we do not offer refunds for attunements once they have been purchased.
Cancellation of Sessions: If you wish to cancel a session, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. If your cancellation request is received within this time frame, we will issue a full refund. Any cancellation requests received after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund.
