Our brain works like a biological super – computer, evaluating the information that comes to us and responding to it. How we respond to a situation or experience in our lives depends on the information that is hold into the subconscious and how it is received and interpreted. When a belief has been accepted as real by the mind, it becomes a ‘belief program’.

These belief programs can be also ancestral beliefs (inherited by our ancestors), core beliefs (that are formed during our childhood) and historic beliefs (that are carried from our past lives. Belief programs can work to our benefit or detriment, depending on what they are. Usually, we are not aware of this process, or even the beliefs we hold subconsciously. There are many counteractive belief systems in relation to feeling and being happy. Many people, for example, consciously want to be happy but subconsciously they hold the beliefs ‘’I cannot be happy’’, ‘’I always have problems’’, ‘’ I do not know how it feels like to be happy’’, ‘’Others are in my way for happiness’’, ‘’I do not deserve to be happy’’, ‘’I am jealous of happy people’’, ‘’I am hopeless and I will never change’’, ‘’I will never be happy’’, ‘No one wants me to be happy’’, ‘’Life is a hard and that is the way it is’’, ‘’I have a bad karma’’ etc, and many more limiting beliefs about happiness, therefore they constantly attract situations and people in their lives that make them unhappy. The subconscious always searches to find and bring situations or people into our lives that satisfy the beliefs it holds. Belief work empowers us with the ability to remove these negative beliefs and replace them with positive ones so that we will start attracting what we truly desire.

In addition, some people have energetic resistances towards happiness, because being unhappy may serve them in a way, for example a person who has the energy of drama or suffering or complaining wants to be unhappy to continue feeling the way the body used to feel for so long. Also, the negative trapped emotion in the body is another blockage towards happy relationships for example a person who has the trapped emotion of self-abuse, sadness, love unreceived, effort unreceived, conflict and more in his body he will attract situations that will satisfy this emotion.
