This chakra is located in the solar plexus region, which is in the pit of the stomach in front of the aorta. It is related to your personal power system and self esteem and is responsible for your happiness, clarity of thought, wisdom, balance, and overall wellbeing. It is the seat of ego, strength, and power. When this chakra is blocked a person has low confidence, negative thoughts and feels lost. A clear, activated, and balanced solar plexus chakra helps one feel motivated, and optimist. With a balanced solar plexus chakra, a person can easily make decisions for his/her life and confidence feels like second nature.
