For activations and certain sessions, the healer will send you an email when they start the activation or session and another email when it is completed. For attunements, the healer will send a message when they have completed the attunement and sent the chi ball, at which point you can follow the process described in the manual to activate the attunement. For readings and some other sessions, the healer will perform the session remotely within 5 business days after the purchase and then send a report to your email.
